Choose appointment texts during online booking.

Open the public PixelRise booking form, choose an available appointment, and enter your contact details. SMS appears as a separate optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. You can complete the booking without selecting it.

If you check the SMS box in the booking form, you agree to receive transactional appointment confirmations and directly related date/time updates from PIXELRISE AI LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to book or purchase services. How consent works

One explicit digital path. No implied permission.

A phone number alone is not SMS consent. PixelRise records the channel choice, disclosure version, source, time, recipient, and appointment details when an eligible online booking is completed.

During an eligible online booking

The PixelRise-hosted booking flow presents SMS as its own optional, unchecked choice beside the complete disclosure and links to the Privacy Policy and SMS Program Terms.

After an affirmative selection

If you select SMS and complete the booking, PixelRise records that exact choice for the requested appointment. Leaving the box unchecked creates no SMS permission.
